About Pete Brown

  • I am qualified Family Therapist / Systemic Psychotherapist with many years of experience working with all age ranges of children and families in CAMHS in the NHS and private practice.
  • I specialise in offering parent guidance and advice in respect of children / young people who do not cooperate within the family rules / values and where parents have found themselves caught up in negative interactions with high levels of family stress. I was one of the original family therapists who trained in the NVR parenting approach back in 2005 when this approach was introduced to the UK.
